I'm Begoña Aláez, founder and director of B-stage.

I’ve spent over 20 years working on live communication and public discourse — from strategic advisory for executive teams and institutional representation in international forums, to university teaching and stage direction.

I’ve been involved in designing and delivering public messages in complex, high-stakes, and highly regulated contexts. I understand what it means to communicate with precision, consistency, and impact. But I also know that effective communication requires more than strategy and staging — it takes practice, training, and performance work.

That’s why I created B-stage: a company to help others unlock their full potential using performing arts and experiential tools.
